Customer Support Manager - UK

First Line Ltd has a vacancy for a Customer Support Manager role. The successful candidates will report directly to their Key Account Managers and work closely with the International Trading Groups Manager.


  • Managing and growing the sales and profitability of all First Line Ltd brand(s) within a predefined sales area.
  • Supporting Key Account Managers to help grow sales in the UK Market
  • Maximising sales opportunities through analysis and order fulfilment by working closely with Customer Services, Product and Warehouse Distribution
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, to ensure continued customer growth in the area.
  • Identifying opportunities with new and existing customers to maximise the sales of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Gathering intelligence from the local market that would benefit the range development and desirability of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Visiting and supporting all assigned customers to ensure that their requirements are discussed and responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Providing clear and constructive feedback to the appropriate Department or Line Manager regarding any situation which may affect the sales, profit margin or reputation of First Line Ltd within the local market.
  • Developing strong business relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure a successful trading future in the local market.
  • Informing superiors of upcoming meetings, topics for discussion and tasks resulting from said meetings.
  • Representing First Line Ltd in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner.
  • Ensuring that the best interests of First Line Ltd are always prioritised.
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by First Line Ltd to complete the responsibilities above.


  • Be able to represent First Line Ltd in a professional manner
  • Use best endeavours to increase the sales of our brands in each respective sales areas
  • Extremely high level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Forecasting, Data Manipulation.
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and communication skills.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Have a good understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Has a detailed knowledge of vehicle components and repair.
  • Is a competent and professional presenter.
